myPropertyCalculator has no user accounts and no database. Every calculator runs entirely in your browser: the numbers you type in — salary, property price, deposit, and so on — are used only to produce your result on screen and are never sent to, or stored on, our servers.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically collects standard technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, and pages requested — in server logs used for security and reliability. We don't use this data to identify you personally.
We don't currently use tracking cookies or analytics services on this site. If that changes in future — for example, to understand which calculators are most useful — we'll update this policy first and provide any consent controls required by law.
Some pages link to third-party providers, such as mortgage brokers or insurers, including affiliate links (see our Affiliate Disclosure). Once you leave our site, that provider's own privacy policy applies to any information you give them — we don't control, and aren't responsible for, how they handle your data.
We may update this policy from time to time as the site evolves. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date above.
